Abstract submission

 

Important dates:

Abstract deadline:
Jan 23rd, 2026

Registration deadline: Feb 13th, 2026 

Presenting author notified by: Feb 6th, 2026


Abstract content:
Abstracts which do not conform to the following guidelines will be sent back to authors for formatting.

Fonts and symbols:
Use the Times New Roman font for the entire abstract.

Title:
Use a short, specific and declarative title (<15 words).

The abstract title should be prepared in UPPERCASE.

Authors:
Please list authors as initials then last name.

Abstract body:

  • A sentence stating the study objective (unless given in he title)

  • A brief statement of methods

  • A summary of the results obtained (please add some data)

  • A statement of the conclusions

  • Acknowledgement of funding source(s)

  • It is not satisfactory to say the results will be discussed

  • Limit your abstract body to 250 words

Tables and figures:
No tables or figures are allowed.

Abbreviations:
Use standard abbreviations for units of measure. Other abbreviations should be spelled out in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.

Graduate award competition:
Trainee presenters will be judged throughout the conference and winners will be announced at the end of the conference.

Notification of programming:
The presenting author will be notified by email by Feb 6th regarding the date and time of the session for which their abstract is scheduled, the format of presentation, and the specific presentation time.
